Who represented India at UN Summit on Biodiversity held on September 30,2020?

On September 30,2020, Union minister Prakash Keshav Javedkar addressed the UN Summit on Biodiversity, which was convened by the President of the General Assembly, Volkan Bozkir, under the theme of "Urgent action on biodiversity for sustainable development". India has added around 3 million hectares of forest and tree cover, which has enhanced the combined forest and tree cover to 24.56% of the total geographical area of country.
