Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

You can hire or promote someone because you have that authority but you should give me a
chance to prove myself so that I can use my skills. Maybe I could do better at that position than
anyone because everyone is made for some certain positions and I think that I made for this
position which you are offering.
